Along the Rail Trail

There's a gem of a rail trail from Cambridge to Ancaster! Point to point, it covers 80km. Well-mainained, quiet, and secluded from the elements...it's an ideal winter training ground. Jeff and I found these ruins along the trail just outside of Glen Morris. From what I hear, this used to be a woolen mill and then an inn. It's a great place to stop for a coffee and take in the solitude of the area. Posted by Picasa
